What should I teach my Weavile (EV trained in Atk, and Spd)... It knows: Metal Claw Brick Break Slash Night Slash Should I make it forget Slash and teach it a move like Ice Punch or X-Scissor? My Gallade is also EV trained in Atk, Spd it knows: Swords Dance Slash Psycho Cut Leaf Blade.. Should I teach it a fighting move, or X-Scissor?

what does STAB mean? i see it alot and i dont know what it means yet Same Type Attack Bonus if a pokemon uses an attack of its own type, the attack's power is multiplied by 1.5 Alakazam using Psychic = STAB Blissey using Psychic = Non-STAB lol

For Weavile, there's pretty much only three really good movesets for it.
The standard OU moveset is:
Ice Punch Brick Beak Night Slash X-Scissor
Nothing complicated with this one, you just wail on the enemy until one of you die, pretty simple.
The less used, but still rather effective moveset is:
Ice Punch Aerial Ace/Night Slash Brick Beak Swords Dance
Point to this one is to put in Weavile against something weak to Dark or Ice so that it forces the enemy to switch out, and during that free turn, you get in a Swords Dance. From there, just make sure your moveset touches most of the enemy weaknesses for a sweep.
And my personal favorite, I use it and it never fails me because it's so difficult to get, the Avenger moveset:
Pursuit Ice Punch Focus Punch Counter
Give a Weavile Focus Sash with this, and you can sweep if you do it right. Against a Starmie, Gengar, Gardevoir, basically every other OU weak to Dark, the opponent will without fail switch out to something else, just Pursuit, and bam, 80 damage plus STAB, more often than not they die on the switch out.
If it's something like a Dragonite or anything else really weak to Ice, why waste a Pursuit when you can Focus Punch, the enemy will switch out, and you get a free turn for a 150 damage Fighting attack on the poor Pokemon that is swapped in. Also good for Blissey's when you know they will Softboiled, or when they open the fight with Thunder Wave.
And Counter only works with Focus Sash. When I played, Choice Scarfed Heracross was a very common Fighting enemy, and will destroy a Weavile. But with Focus Sash, just hit up Counter, and you may be put down to 1 HP, but you'll be doing 600+ damage to whatever Pokemon did a Physical attack to you.
You can usually take out 1/2 of the opponents team just with Weavile alone with this moveset. The only problem is, to get it, you need to breed it with a Smeargle that knows Ice Punch, Counter, and Pursuit, then get a TM for Focus Punch. It breaks from the OU Weavile mold though.

I am going to teach Weavile -> Ice Punch, Brick Break, Night Slash, and... X-Scissor. And for my Gallade -> Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Brick Break, and X-Scissor. So I need two TM 81s (X-Scissor) and umm there is no TM for Ice Punch so I am SoL there so I guess I will go with Avalanche(TM72).

LoL, i was going to tell you to use that, coz it's powerful, and if they hit you first, it's power lv goes from 60, to 120. Best, move, EVER!

yea but the thing is on a weavile its not as good cuz most of the time ur going first Nope. Not with avalanche. It automatically makes you go last. Like counter/mirrorc coat. Problem is, unless you have a focus sash, weavile is not too good with Avalanche. I would reccomend the "Avenger Set" that Shiki mentioned, but like they said, you'd need to get ice punch, counter, and pursuit on a smeargle. I'm still working out how to get ice punch onto a smeargle.....wild pokes don't know it....

Just grab your male Smeargle and enter a Double Battle with Medicham or something else that you have with Ice Punch, then have it Sketch it right then and there. Or just do it online with someone, but that of course takes a bit more preperation. Although you could always take the more interesting route and go through the Elite 4 again to get it, Lucian's Medicham has Ice Punch.

Avalanche does NOT MAKE you go last, if your speed is too slow it will go last. It just goes 2x dmg if I get hit first.
